Sharon remembers her 50th birthday as a landmark day, because what happened changed the whole trajectory of her life. She shares the lessons she learned in her book, Tread Gently: For the Emotionally Clumsy.
In this interview Sherrilynne discovered that she and Sharon have a lot in common. Sharon has divided her adult life between Canada and Great Britain, had a successful agency career and, along the way, has learned many of the same life lessons of humility, accountability and responsibility.

Sharon Jones hails from Manchester, England and emigrated to Canada in 1997. Following a successful career in the advertising industry, she launched her company, Be a Better You, to provide emotional intelligence development training and coaching. She is also a partner in J&J Reining Inc, which promotes the sport of reining (horses) in Ontario. She is currently working on her second book, The Direct Perspective.
